By ordering our signs, you agree to follow our rules.:

All signs are the sole property of Turf Text. We are only letting you borrow them.
Please take care of our signs!
You must pay us before we will deliver your signs!

First and foremost...

Please read all of the following Terms & Conditions carefully. If you decide to rent signs from us, you are agreeing to ALL Terms & Conditions.

PAYMent

Full payment is expected to secure your date and signs.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parents' permission to send a Turf Text through us!

Please fill out the Order Form on the Book Your Turf Text Tab. This will come directly to us, and we will check for available dates and signs. Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice via email to secure your payment and reserve your date.

This process must be completed before your display will be delivered.

refund policy

Things do happen, and we do understand.

However, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 24 hours of the installation date. You can always reschedule for a later date and a full payment will be credited.

Reschedules and Same-Date deliveries will depend on availability of dates and inventory.

Refunds will not be given for:

Homeowner refusing signs.
YOU give us the wrong address or date.
YOU spell something wrong or give us incorrect information.
Fences or unruly animals prevent delivery or set up.

what to expect

Typically, we will deliver signs the night before your reservation, and will pick up the following evening. Special arrangements can be made for specific events. Delivery, Set Up, and Take Down are all included with your payment.

Since we do encourage you to take lots of pictures with our signs, it is always nice to have the yard freshly mowed so that they can look their best!

If you know you have really hard ground in your yard, we also encourage our customers to water the area 24 hours ahead of scheduled delivery. This will ensure an easier set up and alignment of your display.

All signs are the sole property of Turf Text, and should not be moved without our consent.

For safety reasons, we ask that NO ONE plays on or around our displays. The metal stands CANNOT safely support the weight of children or adults, and can cause damage to persons or the signs.

Turf Text is NOT responsible for any damage to persons or personal property for the duration of your rental.

Turf Texts are supposed to be happy little surprises for your special celebrations. Since they are sometimes rented as surprises for others, make sure that they are aware of the rules as well, - to not cause damage to the signs or attempt to move or remove them by themselves. We ask that YOU notify the homeowner so that they can make the needed arrangements for our delivery. YOU are still responsible for our signs even if they are on someone else's turf.

PLEASE RESPECT THE SIGNS PEOPLE!!

Sprinkler systems and lawn services must be cancelled during the delivery, display and take down process. UFOs from lawn mowers or weed eaters are not good for our displays!

FULL payment of any damaged signs or stands will be enforced. We love our signs, so please treat them like your own while you have them! If you don't, we will expect you to pay full price to replace them! A fee of $20/piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen pieces.

What happens if it rains?

It's Southeast Texas y'all....we have crazy weather!!!

If there is lightning or other hazardous weather that prevents us from setting up or puts our signs in danger where they have to be removed early, we will work with you! Refund, Reschedule, or Credit on a future booking can be discussed.
